چکیده
Abstract Background Chronic rhinosinusitis represents an important health care problem in the world. Deviated nasal septum leads to increased chance of impaired mucociliary clearance, osteomeatal complex obstruction, and development rhinosinusitis. Studies have revealed role septoplasty curing chronic patients with significant septal deviation. The purpose this study is reveal alone or combined functional endoscopic sinus surgery improving outcome Results Postoperative computed tomography findings group A (underwent only) were mild opacity ethmoid (25%), mucosal thickening (15%), occluded discharge (25%). B (30%), (20%), (30%). Sino-Nasal Outcome Test score decreased significantly from 85.75 28.85 ( P < 0.05). In combination surgery), also 87.75 32.55 improvement was 85% 80% B. Conclusion post-operative has no difference between two groups. Hence, we suggest that can be adequate for treatment
